In today’s world, many people have health and fitness on their minds. For this reason I decided to write songs related to the topic and promote in various healthcare and Gymnasium outlets to encourage health in general. Although wishful thinking on my part, I also hoped that this style of animated music would be much better than the traditional tuneless noise played in most gymnasiums.
After a personal health setback, my wife Iris developed a fantastic recipe of fruits and vegetables to take daily and the ingredients are listed here. It is a very tasty recipe and very satisfying to take each morning. If you like this video called “Nutrition” please let me know and I will produce another one called “Running”. Besides feeling more healthy and younger, the weight loss is significant and all totally natural.
I have never personally been overweight, but I lost 15 kilos or the equivalent of 20% in about 6 weeks. So quick, get out the kitchen blender.
Follow this recipe with creativity in adding any other fruits or vegetables of your personal preference:
- 1 SLICE OF ALOE
- 1/2 A LEAF OF COLLARD GREENS
- 2 WATERCRESS STALKS
- 2 SPINACH LEAVES
- 1 SLICE OF CELERY STALK
- 1/2 TOMATO
- 2 CARROT SLICES WITH PEEL
- 1 SLICE OF BEET WITH PEEL
- 1 AVOCADO SLICE WITHOUT PEEL
- 1 PAPAYA SLICE WITH PEEL AND SEEDS
- 1 MELON SLICE WITHOUT SKIN
- 1 WATER MELON SLICE WITH PEEL AND SEEDS
- 1 PEARL SLICE
- 1 APPLE SLICE
- 1/2 AN ORANGE
- ½ A PLUM
- 1 PIECE OF BANANA 1
- PINEAPPLE SLICE
- 1 PIECE OF MANGO WITH PEEL
- 1 TEA SPOON OF FLAX SEED
- 1 TEA SPOON OF GINGER
- 1 CHIA TEA SPOON
- 1 SPOON OF OATMEEAL
